Intervention regarding the vehicle with insurance Underwriters and penal beater Renew-It

Was involved in an accident on 23 March 2018 and it was reported at Honeydew police station. Driving back home I smelt smoke from the engine and about a kilometer away at a filing station from the the accident scene the vehicle stopped. We called the insurance and later towing was arranged and the vehicle was uplifted to Chamdor .

The minor scratch at the back was not the reason we called the insurance. The insurance company was called in because the vehicle stopped moving and that there was smoke coming from the font part (engine) .

Mid June after checking progress we were told to pick you up the vehicle and to pay an access fee of R5000 which we did.

Upon arrival at Renew-it penalbeaters in Randburg . My husband (Mr . PN Ngwenya) noticed that the vehichle wasn't coming forth and personally enquired since he had been waiting for sometime. Firstly , he told that they are still busy washing the vehicle but soon after that he got told that the vehicle has stopped moving. And he was advised to leave it and that they will take it to Jeep for diagnostic.

The report came back from Jeep indicating power failures and key reformulation problem. The insurance is refusing to fix thd damage because they allege it is not related to related to the claim.

We request the intervention of Hello Peter as the vehicle was uplifted from day one because it wasn't moving and that there was smoke coming from the font part (engine) . We request that they request a submission from the towing company to also give the status of the vehicle as hd has found it at the filing station at CR Swart.
