Internet banking still not working!

This is now almost a month since my internet banking is not working and it is unacceptable!!!! Standard bank must get their **** together as I need to do my payments, which I cannot due to their useless untrained employees! I want this fixed immediately as I did not change my bank to put up with this utter useless ****!!!!! If this is not corrected before the end of this week there will be alot of trouble this I promise you. Lucy is busy with my complaint and she is not going anywhere with this I want answers!
