International Call Line no answer!!!!!!!
The call centre is absolutely terrible. i called the international call number to check why money has not reflected from an international payment. i held for 20min solid on an international phone call!!!! I called the international phone line and then the general call line which i had some luck but then transferred to international payments and guess what no answer for another 20 minutes. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have sent an e mail and wait on a response now cause i cant afford to be on the phone for so long waiting for someone to answer!!!!!
