international banking - useless

Its a few years now. Still waiting for Standard bank to assist me with foreign account payments. Every year, a few times a year, I receive little help after multiple queries and phone conversations with people who can hardly assist. This week again, no response from them after calling inactive telephone numbers, emailing inactive email addresses and receiving "we will respond promptly" messages from what seems like a current email address -- hahaha! Third grade service, no thanks!
