INTERNAL/OWN TRANSFERS

I have sent an request to Business Online today at 10:39. I had to phone them now because no limit increase was done as requested, although they say they received the request they cannot to it BECAUSE THEY NEED THE PERMISSION OF MY BANK MANAGER to move around my OWN money. Please take note: MY OWN MONEY, NOT THE BANK MANAGER'S MONEY OR STANDARD BANK'S MONEY BUT MY OWN!! The bank manager and his second in command is both out of office until Thursday!! How nice for them, not so nice for me. I bought a car today, which is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. NO car because no payment!! Cannot make payment because I cannot move my own money. This is just BS!!!! How can standard bank put limits on me via my BANK MANAGER to say yes or no for me to move my own money!! Against everything in the constitution!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE. Do i now need to wait until thursday to get my car, oh no wait, make that friday since i will only have permission on Thursday!!!
