Interest review, matter escalated but no response.
I asked for a statement for my home loan at Standard bank and it took me writing a review here for the financial institution to assit me. I enquired for my interest rate to be reviewed after 13 years of paying for my bond and not seing a decline. There is no response. I was told that the matter has been excalated but nothing.
