Interest rate increase *******
I have been a loyal and very credit worthy client of Standard Bank for many many years. I have lately been utilising my overdraft utility with my online banking. I have been wanting to make a change to the amount but have an increase in interest of more than 10% (from 14% to 24%). How is this even remotely possible? You are ripping me off. Even my credit card interest is way below that amount. It is simply unacceptable.
