Interest Rate Incorrectly adj by Standard Bank
My contractual Interest rate with Standard Bank has been changed.<br> They have added 1.5% extra interest when the Prime Interest Rate only went up by .5%<br> <br> I cannot get hold of Standard Bank through their call center<br> <br> This is my second request. <br> <br> Standard Bank made a commitment to get back to me.<br> <br> Still no response from Standard Bank
