Interest rate adjustment

Good day

I have a complain about my home loan re-advance application on the account number: ***.

Standard Bank is refusing to give me 7.5% interest, I have 3 reason that I qualify for 7.5%: 1. I have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years. 2. I have paid R19 000 extra on my home loan. 3. I do not have any default payment under my name.

Can the bank pls remove risk rate factor as now my credit score has improved following the above reasons.

I cannot finalize my application until the above request is met....
