Interest query

I logged a query in relation with the interest charged on my RCP and went to the Sunnyside Branch on the 28 February 2015 even now I have not received my respond as how do they come up with the said interes. I receive a call from Dudu from the Sunnyside Branch on which another service request was lodged. Can anyone competent enough to provide me with the feedback to call me> don't think that will take the whole month to respond on my request.
