INTEREST CHARGES ON A CLOSED ACCOUNT

I closed my account in 2012 and after doing a recent credit rating heard that my credit score had dropped due to Standard Bank never closing the account.<br> <br> I never received any communication from Standard Bank again however in the meantime they charged me monthly fees!<br> <br> Now I am trying to get a letter from them to rectify my credit score and no-one wants to help! <br> <br>
