Interest charged on my overdraft and unauthorised debit orders

Standardbank has been charging "Over the limit" interest on my overdraft account even though I have not been exceeding my overdraft limit. I eventually enquired on this at the Atterdigeville branch on 29 December 2017. I was advised that I would receive a call that very day giving feedback on my enquiry, which I did not. I then went back to the branch on 02 January 2018. The consultant who assisted me tried to get a hold of someone telepathically who could assist us but we were transferred from one Department to the next. One gentleman even said that the description on my statement was incorrect, to which to consultant asked why would this happen every month. A service request was logged ( ********** 559) and I was advised that I would be contacted by Friday 05 January 2018. I have not received a call from Standardbank. I called today, 08 January 2018 following up on the service request, I spoke to a consultant who said she had to log another service request because the one previously logged had expired. I asked her if anyone had actually started working on the one previously logged, but she could not confirm that. I spoke to one more consultant thereafter who said I must send an email to ********** but the email came back, maybe i took it down incorrectly. Apart from my overdraft account, I was charged R115.00 for an unauthorised debit order that bounced. I have never had a debit order go off on the 18th of the month. When i initially queried this telepathically, I was told that I have to visit a branch to complete a dispute form. When I get to the branch, I'm told that there is nothing standardbank can do, I need to take this up with the people who debited my account. I don't even know who they are, I did not authorise this debit order. I have been reversing unauthorised debit orders for the past year and they are just increasing. Now this reflects badly on my record.
