Insurers Asessor not relaying the truth

I am the owner of a dwelling in Dalview Brakpan. My daughter and son stayed in the house after me and the wife moved back to Brits. <br> My son stayed in the house.<br> The house were forcefully entered and my son and his fiance were held captive in the bedroom, while the house have been stripped from all copper and electrical and plumbing.<br> I reported it o Standard bank insure and got the number 15/037032<br> They dragged their feet on the case and then the assessor talked to a lady that work during office hours that do not know what here neighbors do and take her word as true, even though she is not there after hours. A case have been opened at the local police station.<br> Standard bank insure rejected the claim, not making sure .<br>
