Insurance refuse to pay claim for ****** Good

I have insurance with Standard Bank<br> I have lost my IPad and my Wife's Blackberry phone inside the car due to signal Jam in the shopping Mall.<br> I reported that to the Police and also to the insurance (Standard Bank Insurance) and the Insurance told me that they do not cover signal Jam as it does not state as a crime,The insurance claim they need to have a physical break in the car to pay the claim. In this case Standard Bank Insurance does not want to pay for my claim.<br> <br> The phone is lost for the second time, it was replaced but now they also claim that it is not covered as they are still covering the lost phone. in this case they want to refund instead of paying for the claim.<br>
