Insurance policy cancelled without any notificatio

My Insurance on my loan was cancelled without any notice and I have requested for it to be re - instated and have been waiting over a week without a single phone call. I have been sending e - mails Requesting for my policy to be the same but they are saying that it is not possible? ???!!! I have been paying this policy for the last 30 years!! This is unacceptable! !
