Insurance payment

Hi .I had an accident on the 12th of December 2020 at 14:00pm,the lady who bumped me beat the red robot at Hendrick Potgieter avenue and Glamorgan avenue in brakpan she refused to tell me what was wrong with her ,but called her husband Martin Robinson my car was damaged police Didn't come as we were trying to get hold of them ,the other Metro cop came and said I must go to the police station.the BMW that bumped me was towed away before the police came the lady and the husband disappeared but the husband gave me the contacts but I lost my phone with them .the BMW registration was BR75RR GP.i fixed the car with my kids school fees money ,when I was in contact with the guy he just give me the insurance number to call them but he didn't give me the claim number .when January comes I was strunded with no school fees today I am still not contacted for the payment.when I go and check the car it says the car is for momentum.case number 42/12/2020
