Insurance non responsive

HI,<br> <br> I have dealt with the insurance company since the 8 April, when my car was in an accident and until today the car is still not finished, I have received the car back from the panel beater around the 1 June 2015.<br> <br> the car had multiple faults that between the panel beater and the insurance need to rectify or at the very least respond.<br> <br> this is now UN-acceptable I have spent more money on phone calls than the cost of the excess for the insurance claim.<br> <br> nobody from my insurance ever contacts me to let me know what is going on I have to rant and rave then they tell me what i wanna hear and nothing happens there after.<br> <br>
