We have been waiting for the Standard Bank insurance claims department to pay us out for the hail damage. nearly 3 weeks ago now. phone them no we are waiting for the head to process the claim always the same stories ask to speak to Pharasi, Thulo, No on lunch at 9am untill 12pm really? And the other good 1 is we will phone you back.<br> <br> The damage was mainly to our flats in which our income comes in to pay the bond, and standard bank wants their monies come month end?? <br>
