Insurance Claim not being honoured

I signed up with Standard Bank Insurance Limited a few months ago via telephone. I was not sent a policy and when I requested it I was sent a document which was explained everything. Last week I hit a pothole and it took hundreds of calls and frustration to finally get an assessor to come in this morning at 6.00am to assess my vehicle 8 days after the event. Now I am being told my tyre and alignment are not covered and that the full policy which I was only sent after my claim states that they are not covered. I am so frustrated as, being a Medical Doctor I do not have the time for this. I will be contacting the Insurance Ombudsman.<br> <br> Dr Johara Khan<br> Cell ***
