Insurance Claim handled exceptionally well

I had the misfortune of a gas explosion in my garage whilst busy with a DYI project. The damage was extensive with all windows broken, the walls burnt and the garage door damaged beyond repair. I reported the problem to Standard Bank's insurance team and the response was very quick. The same afternoon an assessor came out to survey the damage and the next day contractors started to come in to assess the work that needed to be done. Within a week everything was fixed and I now have a garage that looks brand new. Well done to Michelle Phillips for facilitating all this and constantly checking up on progress. I'm very glad that my house is insured with Standard Bank and I'm really thrilled to have experienced a level of service that is seldom seen nowadays. Excellent work!!!
