Insurance claim from 2018
Standard bank keep promising to help me with my claim but has never done anything. They have posted a comment on my review on the 19 June 2019 promising that a consultant will contact me and I'm still waiting. A claim from December 2018 is still waiting to be resolved while I continue to pay standard bank monthly. They really don't care about their customers or maybe they choose who to give good service and I'm not a chosen one to them.
