Insurance Claim -Failure to Repair/Replace damages

I have vehicle insurance with standard bank, underwritten by Hollard.<br> After having an accident and reporting it to the insurance in detail, my car was towed in to the panel beater. After having to phone them every second day for feedback and waiting for a month before I could actually get my Car back, I found when I got there that they never authorized the bumper repair. After taking the car on the highway I also found that the car now makes a hell of a noise at the front. I also soon after realized that the car battery now runs flat if the car stands for more than a day. I reported it with them, but after a week still had no response as yet.<br> <br> Very Bad Service!!!
