INSURANCE CLAIM DELAY AND REJECTION
My house has been broken into during the weekend of 6 Feb 2015 and my fixtures including doors, electrical and plumbing was ******. I notified the insurance about the theft who sent an assessor out a couple days later who said he will send out a supplier to do emergency repairs to the house. No emergency repairs were done and subsequently the house was burglared again during the weekend of 21 Feb 2015 taking out more fixtures from the house. I reported a second claim for the second theft on 23 Feb 2015. I called the insurance on numerous occasions stating the risk and asking for emergency repairs to be undertaken to prevent further theft. To date, nothing has been fixed and the claim is taking forever to resolve. My second claim has been rejected which I find annoying because if emergency repairs were carried out immediately on the first claim, the house would have been occupied. The first claim is still not resolved to date. I need the manager of the standard bank insurance to resolve my first and second claim as I am not accepting the rejection of the second claim because of their delays in trying to resolve the first claim. I NEED MANAGEMENTS INTERVENTION
