Insurance claim

Hi there,<br> <br> My name is Valentia Makgare I made a insurance early this year with you guys, I took my car to glass fit(Cape Town) as I was told to do so by your consultant. My car was in accident on the 21.04.15. I was told my car wont be covered because its REBUILT. When I bought I bought the car I didn't know it was a REBUILT. My question is how come glassfit never saw that and why cant you guys pay atleast 65% as one your consultant
