Insurance claim

I suffered losses at home due to a major hailstorm. Carport roofs ceilings laminated flooring and windows. I filed a claim no 15/083750 with standard bank insurance. I wasnt informed at all about the progress of my claim. Ive contacted standar insurance numerous times to follow u, and yesterday 14/12/2015 i was told that they are not supporting my entire claim. They will only cover the windows and the kitchen ceiling. The rest wont be covered because the carport was as per them build from sub standard material and there was no maintenance done on the house or roofs, witch is not true. The layer of hail was more than 300mm deep, and the wheight thereof was enough to cause the carport to collapse and also caused deviations on the sink roof. I advise everyone not to use standard bank insurance in future.
