Insurance Claim

We had rain and hail 3 months ago and are insured with Standard Bank. Paid already 22 years of insurance money. After 3 months claiming for damages to my house and two assessors still no communication from the assessors as well as Ronel and her partners. I just want to warn people that Standard Bank are there FOR THE MONEY AND NO SERVICE!! Don't fall in the same trap as I did! Be sure that you are not in danger with your insurance if you want to claim!
