I claim my watercooler on 2015-10-23 that is damage by a storm and can't be repaired. I made approximately 30 calls to the call centre and up to date nothing is resolved and nobody can tell me when the claim will be finalized. The heat in Upington is 40 degrees plus. I got no co-operation from the claim department and am very disappointed with Standard Bank insurance. Claim no 15/077166.
