INSULTING SERVICE FROM HOME LOANS DEPARTMENT

To who it may concern

My name is Tsiko Mphahlele I have been banking with standard bank for most of my life as my mom worked for the standard bank for almost 30 years

In these years I’ve banked with standard bank I’ve app**** for 2 Home loans which I paid off . Through being an entrepreneur

My husband and I are private bankers at fourways and we recently app**** for a home loan through one of our companies which already holds a 3.7 million rand asset, we have been asked for financials for ALL our companies , Management Accounts, Title Deeds, confirmations of source of Income ,which we have readily made available to the standard bank.

For the past week we have been sent from pillar to post being told that the credit Manager is looking at our application, we have been following up with our business banker who has shown us numerous correspondence to the home loans division

A lady called Naimah Domingo who is a CSE informed our business banker for two consecutive days that the credit manager be given an opportunity to “ look “ at the application days are passing and we are receiving no service and no response!

This is unacceptable,and very disappointing to say the lest .We have been treated in the worst way by the standard bank home loans division.
