Standard bank Instead Money *****...
On the 6th Of Feb 2023 I did voucher of R5000 and on the 7th of Feb 2023 I did another voucher of R2450. Both Vouchers was sent to my number. ( I always send the Vouchers to myself and the withdraw ) There is limit of R5000 per a day, so I did the vouchers over two days. When we went to take the money out it said that the MONEY has already been taken out. I notified my private banker immediately and he called the ***** Department where they blocked and deleted my online profile.
I was later informed by my Private banker the following, The R2450 on the 7/02/2023- Collected in Mos*** Corner located in Randburg The R5000 on the 6/02/2023 - Collected in Park Square Umhlanga *** / A233731
Like Really? Two different locations?
Today ***** Department contacts me via email ( ***) to advise that there has been no ***** and the lost is customers .......
I am guttered with the level of service received as i am a private and Business account holder with standard bank.
I have had 1 issue with Standard bank every month for the pass 3 month and they still say my account is not compromised.
In December 2022 my Husband ordered a new credit card as his one was damaged they blocked all my accounts until that credit card arrived. ( All business and Personal)
In Jan 2023 my Son who is 16 years old did a payment from his account from his own standard bank app and both those amounts came out of my personal account. ***** department contacted me and blocked all my accounts again. This time I was disabled for almost 9 days and I had to get debit cards from the bank which I waited for over 2 hours.
If this does tell you that my account is compromised I dont Know what will.Well Im not going to sit back and take a knock for R7450.00 . I have been reading the comments on Hello Peter and Customers had the same problems as I am having now.
Im am also going to move all my Accounts ( Personal, Business, Homeloans, vechicle fin and saving accounts to another bank.

I am now going to be taking this up with my Lawyers and going to be moving all my business with is alot to another bank. I think it is unfair for a private banking customer or any customer to be treated like this especially when Standard bank had messed up and now trying to get out of refunding me my money.
How can they say they will refund half? 🤔So i must take the knock for the other half? I did not withdraw the vouchers that i sent to myself. Get the footage to who took the money out? Surely Im paying for some kind of insurance on standard bank? Its been over 2 weeks and Standard bank is so slow. Well this will be posted on all social platforms....
