instatnt money not instant

made two instant money transactions of thurday went to withdraw money on friday to my suprise the voucher was blocked adv to try after 24hours , tried to withdraw again after 24 hours hours the voucher was still blocked with the same message try after 24 hrs . then decided to cancel voucher still it declined with message try after 24 hrs using same voucher number dont know what is the problem as i have been using the correct pin numbers and i even re created new one but the voucher is still blocked from friday till today.<br> <br> when call instant money line *** line is congested .<br> this instant money is not instant and dissapointing , how am i supposed to pay my debts without money ??
