Instant Money Voucher Run Around

I recieved a instant money voucher from a friend on the 27.06.2015, ever since that time i have been trying to retrieve it to no avail. I have been going to the atm and still receieving an error that the voucher is blocked, i was told by the call centre that there was a problem however i should keep trying, i mean does standard bank want me to fill petrol each time i go to an atm only to be told that the voucher is blocked, unfortunately i do not have that much money to drive around my area looking for atms or going to the atm everyday to be told the voucher is blocked. i have escalated this to Elvis but have got no response. its now going for a month and still no results in obtaining this voucher.
