Instant Money Standard Bank

Someone sent me money using Instant Money from Standard Bank last week Sunday 05 May 2019. Yesterday I went to Tsakane Mall to withdraw the money first and second time the atm machine said the voucher is invalid. I then moved to another atm and this time the error message that I got said " The voucher has been used." I don't understand how the voucher could've been used because I didn't get the money?? This morning I called Standard Bank on this number ********** 639. I spoke to a male pity I forgot to take his name, REF NO: ********** told him my problem as to what happened. He said to me the atm never dispensed the cash but it will be investigated within 24hrs and the money will be sent back to the sender.

I called the sender and told him the story yesterday and he sent me a Screenshot that Standard Bank had technical issues yesterday. I have the Screenshot with me.

After I had called Standard Bank this morning , I asked the person who sent me the money to kindly follow it up. He went to a Standard Bank branch at OR Tambo and was told that the money was withdrawn yesterday. How? I never received that money. The guy that I spoke to earlier this morning told me that the atm never dispensed the money.

I'm honestly unhappy about the service we are receiving from Standard Bank. Two people working for one institution saying different things. Its not on. As I read some of the reviews from Standard Bank I'm not the only customer who has complained about this. What is Standard Bank doing to get this right? Why must customers wait for an error that was on Standard Bank's side?

Very angry and frustrated customer right now. I want the money that was sent to me as I never received it.
