Instant money not recieved

I've sent myself an instant money voucher to the value of R3000. I went to the atm to withdraw it. When I was busy transacting, the machine started doing the sounds as if it dispensing cash, it restarted itself several time. No money was received. I waited on the atm, made sure that no one uses till I was thru to customer service to log a complain. After long 30min I was thru, spoke to a lady who said she will log the call, and assured me that an automated sms with Ref will follow, nothing was recieved. Kindly investigate this matter as I was going to use money on Friday. And this has inconvenienced me big time.
