Instant Money Not Available for Passport ID

Standard Bank's cellphone banking to send instant money is not available for Standard Bank customers with Passport Numbers as ID. This is totally shocking and disappointing for a bank that claims to be moving forward. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and now am told by your agents that \The system is currently not available for customers with Passport Numbers as ID". In what world!!!!!! When will the system be available????? I am tired of seeing the seamless ability of my colleagues to do so"
