Instant money, no money!

My friend settled a small debt using Standard Bank instant money, the voucher was done on July 10 and since that afternoon I have been trying to redeem that voucher for the past 5 days. 7 atm, 1 Standard Bank branch and 3 Mega Spar visits and still no money. I have called the call centre 4 times excluding the time they spent the whole day off-line, yesterday. This is appalling to say the least. Standard Bank blames my friend for the fact that she made a voucher for R180 whereas their atm's cannot dispense R20 notes, and they also blamed Spar sighting that their system was working most of time and the decision by Spar not to assist and going off-line was purely based on Spar failure to fully understand the system.
