Instant money horror from standard bank bronkhorspruit

I have received a horrible experience ever from standard bank bronkhorpruit branch .Last month I went to withdraw instant money from one of their atm's and the money that came out was insufficient.I got inside de branch to login a query they told me I should call instant money which I did.I got a respond from instant money after 3weeks and after serveral times I called them for follow up.The respond was standard bank bronkhorspruit told them the amount ws paid back to the sender and I wondered how possible is that becouse the money was sent to me via Spar..I then called the branch they told me their atms doesn't agree with what I said I should have received.watever ive received is wat was sent to me,even their system confirms it otherwise I should bring a slip and message I got from instant money if I wanted to do an appeal.I did bt today now they r telling me their atms doesn't pick up any discrepancies from that day and have now changed their story saying there is nothing they can do to help me.i have just learned that I am not the first to be ****** by those atms...My advise never in your life use those atms .
