Instant Money Failure

Your instant money service & support team the useless service ever. I sent my Mum money through Spar on Sunday which failed when she needed to withdraw at spar. She tried your ATM's which also failed too. Monday she went into the branch & was told the money will be available in less 24hrs. It's now 72hrs and still no money. Anyone reading don't use Standard bank instant money service incase of emergency. If standard bank care, they will call me and tell me money is available for my mom to withdraw it. Why the long wait as if she is borrowing? I send money home to support them and due to load shedding i opted for your service which i regret. I should have waited for Monday and make ATM deposit with working bank. Now she had to borrow because of your unreliable & unstable service not forgetting *********** support team. Both Sunnyside & Makhado Standard bank consultant are lies. They promise you heaven and never deliver...call me and sort this out..I wonder if you will cover her transport cost!!!
