INSTALLMENT PAYMENT HOLIDAY LIE!!!

I received an sms from Standard Bank inform me of a "payment holiday" on my revolving credit in December, which was valid for Jan 2020's installment. I even called t confirm that this was indeed true, i would not have to pay the installment in Jan. After confirming this with the bank I of cause proceeded to make plans for the amount on my budget and committed it to other expenses being January and all. It is with a sad heart and disappointment that to tell you STD Bank ****, the installment was deducted in full despite them promising me a payment holiday... I have used the revolving credit for over 8 years now and have never been told I qualified for a payment holiday, which i appreciated but STD bank did not have to offer me this if they knew it was not true....
