Installment debit order never adjusted

Standard Bank managed to mess up two of my accounts and as a result I now have a bad credit record! On my overdraft account, I asked for my overdraft to be decreased monthly by R200.00 in 2011. Now I noticed that my overdraft kept on INCREASING with R200 and no-one can explain it. This means I have been paying interest and penalties on an account which is increasing despite two confirmed deduction orders. On my RCP account, Standard never increased my debit order for my monthly installment after I borrowed from this account in 2010, which means I have underpaid for the past 5 years and my balance is now more than my actual limit! This account should have been settled by now but instead this amount shows on my credit report and I show as a slow payer. This goes against the NCA!!! I have been to two branches, logged complaints twice and no-one can sort this out. I am unable to get any credit to open my new business because of this ******* conduct and I am now opening a case at the NCR. References I got at the branch are: *** and ***.
