Initiative and excellent service

I was pleasantly surprised by the initiative taken by Siyabonga while obtaining a bank letter with my details and collection of my cheque card.First he drafted the letter which he asked me to peruse through to check if I was satisfied,previously upon collecting such a letter from another branch,I was not asked to do so. Secondly, upon checking if my cheque card had arrived,he took the initiative to check why I had not received the sms verifying that my cheque card was ready for collection. Previously,I had collected a new garage card from the same branch and the consultant never pursued the matter even after asking him why I did not receive an sms notification.Siyabonga realized the reason for this was that my landline had been captured as my primary telephone number so I was not receiving the sms'es on my cellphone.He was also quick to realise that my cheque card could have been used to log onto my internet banking and queried whether this was the case,obviously trying to prevent any hassles for me in case it was the card used,which was not the case,but I really appreciated his wittiness to realise this possibility.Superb service from somebody well trained and knowledgeable.
