inhuman

currently i am very ****ed off with Standard bank and their legal department. please explain how can you debit a persons account for an outstanding loan which i had made arrangement with the attorneys. you calling yourself a bank that look after people but instead you plunge people more into debt. Currently as it is my kids cant go to school as i could not pay their monthly transport. i cant pay my monthly rent since your department tells me they can not refund my money that i work so hard for. the sad part is dealing with people that are very inconsiderate i spoke to Mpho Mathivha who i personally think was just doing his job but never really considering my situation. i was not working for 2 years im only now rebuilding my life only for a bank to push me back down. surely Standard bank has values that they have to live by. even in my letter to your legal department i told them they can start with a new arrangement this month but still this was not listened to meaning that every single month they will take my whole salary. i really do not want to change banks but being with Standard bank for 20 years n neva expected this kind of behaviour.
