Your Vehicle and Asset Finance Department is F***CKING USELESS. YOU had a system error and debit orders did not go off. On 04 November I get an SMS from LGR Attorneys to make a payment IMMEDIATELY. F*ck your immediately. It was not my error and you can send decent SMS's. Nevertheless I phone the assholes and I tell them to put the debit order through. I get the confirmation sms on 04 November 07h36.

THEN all of a sudden I receive sms's from standard bank that the error was on their side and we must hold off on making payments as the debit orders was reloaded for 06 November.

STILL my payment does not go off and now I keep receiving stupid f*cking sms's about my account being in arrears and I must make payment and and and.

Who's ****ing incompetence was this. I phone the Vehicle and Asset Finance department and then the idiot tells me it will take another 10 DAYS>

F*ck you standard bank. This is my ****ing credit record you are ****ing up.
