Inefficient
Reported a hijacking on 26 July. 7 days later we are being asked for information that has already been sent to private banking department.
Surely there should be a process when a client calls in to advise that they were hijacked?
No, we sent emails, spent a lot of time on the phone, all in vain, as nothing has been processed.
