Inefficient

One year later I am still waiting for a refund from Standard Bank who after suspending my std card after being ****** in Spain, has not refunded my credit balance after I told them to close my account when all other cards were replaced except Std. A bunch of wholly inefficient wallies! They promised a refund, I gave them my banking details but the wheels of banking at Std turn slowly - very slowly!
