Inefficiency

I am currently at the bank. I have been here since 12:25. I've been trying to get hold of their Applications ***** department in vain. Being at their branch is not assisting at all. I've been holding for 4 hrs now. I've even lodged a complaint to their complaints dept ***, spoke to Samantha in vain. I've spoken to Devonia, Pronetils, Zane without any assistance at all. Except transferring me and leaving me to hold forever.
