INDEBTED BY MY BANK

I am currently under debt review and had a problem with creditors debiting my acc and had to do reversals in several times, I phoned the bank asking to close the acc and I was told that even if I close the acc the debit order will reinstate the acc I must contact my creditors, I visited my local branch to open another acc and was told that I can not have more than 1 current acc. I opened another acc online and my salary went there. last month I hade a - R1650 balance due to unpaid debit orders I contacted the back but no HELP I must first settle the amount and they can close the acc, currently I can not even afford to pay my creditors hence I am under debt review , where will i get the money to pay the bank. I am going to close the saving acc that I have with them and go to another bank that will understand my financial standing better. currently I owe them more than R 2000 which is still increasing, surprising they said they can stop monthly fees as I am not using the acc but cant closing the account.
