Increased bond installment

Standard bank home loans increased my installment and loan term without my consent. They call it proactive arrangements, it was implemented without my approval thereof. If they assisting their customers in this difficult time why increase the premiums? That strategy is insane, I sent a request to take my installment to the original amount, still not been amended they taking the high fixed installment my bond increased with over R700 This is day light *******.
