Incorrect Vehicle Registration

In 2011 I bought a Polo Vivo, with VW in Bryanston ,and Standardbank would finance it.. A year later, I need to change my car disc of course, so I go to the traffic department in Randburg, and there I was told that my is not in my name.Strange of course, who would've changed my name. On their system, there was another name showing. I was told to go Back to VW and get the correct documents for the car and get back to them. I went to VW, who then told me that they had the wrong registration number and documents, so they gave me the \new correct "ones. So I took the new documents and new registration number back to the traffic department "
