Incorrect *****ulent suspicion

I purchased a car for 130k and made an eft to the seller. To my suprise the sellers capitac account where the money was transfered to has now been frozen on suspicion of *****. Standard bank put an order to put the funds in the sellers capitac account on hold without querying this with me. I then went to the standard bank branch and explained the situation and they said they will send an instruction to capitac to release the sellers funds within 24hrs. Its now 3 days and the money is still on hold. I need this to be rectified immediately because there's alot of people affected due to standard banks incompetency.

Standard bank has now sorted out my capitac and the account is no longer on hold, but now the the 3rd party and owners of the car that I purchased Nedbank account is still on hold and they won't release the car since their money now doesn't reflect. Standard bank must also contact Nedbank now and release the funds immediately
