INCORRECT STATEMENT
Good day...I have received a letter from my bank dated 16 August 2018 stated that my outstanding debt on my account has been written off ,and the outstanding balance of R77.10 as reflected in their records, i called the bank to double check since i have made a payment of R1600 for month August 2018 and another R1600 for month September 2018. I was assisted by Wesley he instead told me that am still owing an amount of R1900, and that i must ignore the statement since its incorrect. Please help.
